At Intelliguard, our purpose is to help transform healthcare by giving providers the visibility, confidence, and modern infrastructure they need to operate at their best. We believe healthcare deserves better than fragmented systems, manual workarounds, and outdated technology that create unnecessary complexity for the people responsible for patient care. Other industries have benefited from real-time intelligence, automation, and connected ecosystems for decades. Healthcare should, too. We exist to challenge the status quo and pursue excellence with urgency and conviction, and help build a future where healthcare teams are empowered with the tools, data, and trust they need to deliver better outcomes for the entire system and the patients who depend on it.
We believe better medication management starts with a better connection. From the manufacturer to the patient bedside, interoperability is essential to creating a safer, more transparent, and more resilient pharmaceutical supply chain — reinforcing the need for aligned standards and seamless data exchange.
That's why we champion open interoperability and the adoption of GS1 standards, enabling a shared data language across all partners. When everyone operates from a single source of truth, barriers dissolve and trust is restored.
Powered by RAIN-enabled RFID and built on GS1 standards, our solutions create a scalable, interconnected network that enhances end-to-end medication visibility.
By connecting trusted data across the entire medication lifecycle, healthcare providers and supply chain partners can operate with greater precision and confidence, ultimately advancing the industry toward a smarter, safer, and more sustainable future.
From a single idea to a nationwide platform — the milestones that shaped Intelliguard.
Since the early 2000s, Intelliguard has been driven by a spirit of innovation, pioneering the first passive RFID hardware system designed for hospital pharmacies.
Our team of engineers helped lead the charge as early adopters of RFID — alongside global manufacturers and industry leaders — in response to a growing need for greater accuracy and visibility in medication management beyond the pharmacy and operating room.
As healthcare complexities and regulations evolved, so did our solutions.
Today, we offer a fully connected hardware and software platform that allows providers to accurately track and protect high-value medications. The Mira Ecosystem™ is the only interoperable, RFID-powered medication inventory management ecosystem in healthcare that delivers end-to-end visibility across the entire medication lifecycle.
RFID isn't the future of healthcare; it's now, and it's becoming the new standard. At Intelliguard, we're committed to building future-proof, interoperable solutions that allow providers to make safer, more confident decisions.
